APH - Kaliningrad

So earlier I decided to join the Japanese Russia/Prussia fans over on oekaki for an event. It was fun ;3;

Suddenly they started talking about a カリグラ君. "Who is this so called 'Karigura'? An OC?" I asked myself. He was a small child with large purple eyes, a scarf and a little bird on his head. Then they drew Russia and Prussia with him and kept saying what a nice family they were (and how he must speak funny because mummy speaks german and daddy speaks russian).

When it dawned on me that dear lord they had actually made a Kanlingrad OC (カリーニングラード > shortened to カリグラ ).

And so I just had to draw him myself. They dressed him all in pink, but I tried to make him look at least a little manly. Er. Just a little.
